活動においては、営業部門と協力しながら、サービス部門・技術サポート部門・本社開発部門との国内外での協業を推進し、幅広い製品ポートフォリオをクロスアーキテクチャーで組み合わせ、お客様の将来像を技術面から支援し、ビジネスへ貢献します。
[職務内容]
Solutions Engineer として担当するお客様と信頼関係を構築し、社内のアーキテクチャチームや本社開発部門と協業して、シスコの幅広い製品・サービスを活用しながらお客様の課題を解決するための技術的な営業活動を行います。
- お客様の課題や技術要件の整理
- 最適なシスコソリューションの検討と提案活動
- To be 像の策定とコンサルティング
- 提案資料の作成およびプレゼンテーションの実施
- 実機デモや検証作業（PoC）の実施と報告
- 技術的な問い合わせ対応
- 商談に関して国内他部門や海外開発部門等との協業
