As a Cybersecurity Presales Engineer on our Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) team, you will play a meaningful role in winning our customers' trust and ensuring their success. You'll partner with Account Executives to strategize on territory, account, and opportunity planning. You will engage directly with prospective clients, building trusting relationships, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our cybersecurity solutions can protect and empower their businesses.

As part of your DNA, you are a self-starter who can build consultative relationships and develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that improve our opportunity to win a customer's business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years in Security specialization in Network Security and technologies including NGFW/NGIPS, Cloud Security (i.e. Email, Web, Anti-Spam, DNS security, CASB, SASE, SSE), Endpoint Security.
  • Detailed understanding of cyber security technologies, concepts, standards, methods, operations, and uses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualification

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Validated experience in presales, SMB-focused roles, or similar customer-facing positions..
  • Highly motivated self-starter who excels without day-to-day management.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or similar credentials.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with Indonesia customers

Skills Required
