OverviewThe Solutions Consultant is responsible for supporting solution-based sales by delivering customized service solutions for high-potential opportunities and strategic client accounts.Responsibilities- Provide support to Sales Teams for the following:
- Demonstrate knowledge of TNS product and solution capabilities for payment solutions.
- Support Sales presentations and meetings with new and existing customers.
- Maintain regular contact with TNS customers.
- Assist with customer responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Understand TNS’ customer base and the Payment market for the relevant country and region.
- Advise and recommend products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Produce technical proposals for Sales opportunities.
- Develop cost models for Sales opportunities.
- Create technical requirements for internal delivery teams.
Revenue Targets and Generation – Solution Consultant Remit
- Understand and maintain knowledge of sales and revenue targets.
- Review Sales Pipeline to align priorities and maximize revenue.
- Identify opportunities to support revenue growth and pipeline activities.
Industry Awareness – Solution Consultant Remit
- Maintain market and business awareness of the Payments Industry.
- Stay informed on Payment Industry standards, including:
- Security Standards.
- Message and Protocol Standards.
- New and Alternative Payment Acceptance methods.
