Position Summary:

In the Solutions Consultant position, you’ll identify leads and showcase the full capabilities of the DSSI procurement solutions (Platform, Procurement Services, and other future capabilities) to both prospective and existing customers. As the subject matter expert throughout the sales process, you’ll collaborate closely with the primary customer relationship manager to qualify potential clients, address technical, operational, and financial inquiries, and ultimately secure new business.

What You’ll Do and Impact:

Present DSSI’s procurement solutions effectively to prospective and existing customers, showcasing expertise in the DSSI platform, DSSI Capture, and Procurement Services.

Partner with Sales and Operations teams across Direct Supply's Lines of Business to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure consistent bookings, meeting or exceeding sales targets and budget.

Drive revenue by closing new business for both DSSI and DSSI Procurement Services.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to capture customer feedback and develop system enhancements, marketing materials, and go-to-market strategies.

Build relationships at all organizational levels to secure commitment from potential clients.

Track opportunities and sales progress in CRM, providing regular updates.
Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field
-
3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience
-
Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 50%
-
Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record
