Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with prospects to assess business workflows, integration requirements (ERPs, banks, APIs), and pain points.
- Design SaaS solutions that integrate with third-party systems via APIs, connectors, or tailored approaches.
- Partner with the sales team to address complex integration queries, security considerations, and scalability expectations.
- Contribute to technical proposals, RFPs, and architecture diagrams that highlight integration strategies and business impact.
- Prepare and deliver tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) aligned with prospect needs.
- Act as the technical liaison with Product, Engineering, and Post-sales teams to ensure capabilities align with client expectations.
- Clearly articulate the ROI of the Agicap solution, such as reduced manual processes, improved accuracy of results, increased transparency over cash flow movements, and time savings.
- Document pre-sales findings and integration requirements to support a seamless handover to implementation teams.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a pre-sales, solution design, or technical consulting role.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers and link them to technical solutions.
- A consultative, customer-centric approach, able to uncover prospect needs and position Agicap’s value effectively.
- Confidence in engaging with decision-makers and stakeholders at different levels, including finance, IT, and operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling demonstrations and solution pitches.
- Proven ability to influence buying decisions by combining technical expertise with business impact.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred skills:
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, banking integrations, APIs, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence in demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep-dives.
- Experience with API documentation and data flow design.
- Knowledge of cloud architectures and SaaS security principles.
- Previous experience in a scale-up or high-growth SaaS business.
