Sell Agicap to mid-market US customers by qualifying leads, running demos, closing deals, and meeting quarterly/annual targets. Build and manage a pipeline, coordinate with SDRs, provide market and product feedback, and analyze performance to improve sales outcomes.

Generate new mid-market logos in DACH: define sector strategy with SDRs, prospect, demo product, negotiate and close deals, manage pipeline, hit targets, and share market feedback cross-functionally.

Responsible for driving sales within the SMB segment, generating new business, building client relationships, conducting product demos, and achieving sales targets.

Manage customer portfolios to drive product adoption and improve tool setups, while advocating for customer needs and identifying growth opportunities.

The Expansion Manager drives revenue growth by uncovering new customer needs and closing deals for additional Agicap modules, partnering with Customer Success and Account Management teams.

Own full sales cycle for Italian mid-market accounts (€25M+), engage CFO/C-suite, qualify opportunities, demo product, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth handoffs with Customer Success while contributing to GTM refinements and pipeline forecasting in HubSpot.

Drive Agicap's indirect revenue in Italy by acquiring, onboarding, and growing a portfolio of partners (accountants, consultants, system integrators). Hunt for new partners, negotiate agreements, enable partners to sell Agicap, run co-marketing activities, track partner performance, and collaborate with SDR/AE/marketing to convert partner-sourced pipeline into revenue.
