Position Overview

The Solutions Architect is a strategic technologist responsible for defining, governing and delivering enterprise architectures that drive business transformation across multiple systems and business units. The role emphasizes technology strategy, solution design, data and cloud architecture, integration, and governance, including AI governance—to ensure responsible, secure, and compliant adoption of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Governance & Compliance

• • Ensure ethical, transparent, and compliant technology and AI practices, aligned with global regulations (HIPAA, NIST, COBIT)

  • Develop and operationalize frameworks for responsible technology and AI use, including model validation, bias mitigation, explainability, and auditability.

  • Lead and enhance architecture governance processes, standards, review boards, and compliance assessment

• Enterprise Architecture

• • Deliver enterprise-level solutions that align technology investments with business objectives across multiple business units.

  • Partner with business leaders, architects, and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions meet strategic and operational goals.

  • Develop reference architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments optimized for compliance, cost efficiency, and regional connectivity constraints.

• Data & Cloud Solutions

• • Design and deliver data-centric architectures (e.g., CDC, data fabric, Snowflake) incorporating strong governance, privacy, and localization controls consistent with data protection laws.

  • Partner with Privacy and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy, residency, and sovereignty requirements.

  • Create reference architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments, optimized for India’s connectivity, cost, and compliance needs

• Leadership & Collaboration

• • Mentor and guide project teams, reviewing complex solution designs for technical soundness and business alignment.

  • Embed Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles into all architectural decisions.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, adapting communication styles for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Provide architectural leadership for AI/ML platforms, data engineering, and analytics solutions relevant to the Indian market.

  • Stay current on regulatory changes and industry trends, proactively refreshing architectural standards and governance practices.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.

• 10–15 years of experience in the IT industry, including 5–8 years in solution architecture and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong collaboration skills with virtual, geographically distributed, and culturally diverse teams.

• Proficiency in enterprise architecture methodologies and tools (e.g., TOGAF, LeanIX).

• Deep expertise in application architecture within complex, multi-disciplinary technology ecosystems.

• Demonstrated results orientation with experience in Agile and product-centric delivery models.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), open-source technologies, API-led integration, and cloud-native architectures.

• Desired: Experience in AI/ML solution architecture, data engineering, and advanced analytics platforms.

• TOGAF certification and LeanIX proficiency preferred.

• Experience in healthcare or healthcare payments domains is an advantage
