· Coordinate global HR initiatives and timelines through our global process calendar.
Your day at Ferring
HR Solution Architecture Design and Technical Excellence:
· Develop and maintain scalable, flexible HR solutions that meet global standards.
· Collaborate with COEs, IT, and business leaders to identify and prioritize HR technology needs.
Product Ownership:
· Lead the Agile process for HR technology projects, including backlog management, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
· Ensure alignment of HR solutions with business goals and timelines.
Business architecture:
· Build and maintain a business architecture framework to focus on the gaps identified.
Global Process Calendar Management:
· Coordinate and synchronize global HR initiatives and timelines.
· Monitor adherence to the global process calendar and address any deviations or issues.
Behind our innovation…There’s you
· Minimum of 7-10 years in HR technology, HR operations, or a related field.
· Proven experience in HR systems implementation and project management.
· Strong understanding of HR processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Expertise in HR technology platforms : Workday, ServiceNow for HR and data management tools.
· Extensive experience in Agile methodology and project management.
· Strategic Thinking: Develop long-term plans and align HR solutions with business goals.
· Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Innovation: Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and leverage new technologies.
