Under broad supervision, coordinates, diagnoses and troubleshoots incoming employee calls. Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access. Provides timely resolution of moderately complex problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel. Supports and maintains effective relationships with users. May develop or document standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT support. Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.

General Overview
The Solutions Architect is responsible for the execution of technical solutions within EcoWater’s IT strategic framework. This position works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust and scalable architectures. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, have the ability to lead through influence, and be able to identify issues, design solutions, implement changes, and manage projects.
This position is located in Ripley/Iuka, MS and supports the execution of business systems impacting our entire organization. This role partners with all departments including manufacturing team members to provide solutions that align with business objectives.
Overall Responsibilities

Solution Design: Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver innovative technical solutions.

Architecture Development: Develop end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives, technical requirements, and industry best practices.

IT liaison and primary contact for IT support for Ripley and Iuka for all matters relating to production uptime.

Partner for Production regarding design and deployment of IT related infrastructure in production.

ERP Advocacy: Evaluate internal ERP opportunities as a first solution option where possible and steer solutions to leverage internally negotiated system modules.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in proposed architectures and develop mitigation strategies.

Documentation: Create comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and technical design documents.

Business Partnership: Listen, support, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are developed and implemented that align with business objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and performance of our solutions.

Implement solutions that comply with IT-related policies and all Marmon IT Standard Practice Instructions (SPIs).
Qualifications, Skills, Competencies

Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field.

5+ years of experience in IT/development related role.

Proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities.

Experience with infrastructure support and vendor su

Experience with ERP, CRM, and WMS, with Epicor experience preferred.

Able to analyze business and IT trends and provide solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical partners.
