Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Work with product owners and BAs to come up with technical requirements for the high level business requirements
- Partner with other functions across IT & business to ensure collaboration, consistency and quality of solutions
- Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate API and integration projects
- Work with tech leads to ensure development team adheres to documented design and development patterns and standards
- Identify gaps and risks, then define solutions to solve them.
- Provide mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to developers
- Provide continuous improvement and exploration of industry standards and technology advances
Required Qualifications
- Experience creating APIs from scratch
- Experience with integrating multiple systems and data mapping
- 5+ years of experience in analysis, design, implementation, development, and support of technology solutions on large initiatives
- Minimum 3 years of experience producing architecture deliverables such as technology designs, overviews, design patterns, technology
- roadmaps, and strategic technology blueprints within an architecture framework
- 3+ years of experience with TIBCO, Apigee, Mulesoft, or other API management/Enterprise Service Bus technologies
- Demonstrated application of skills and knowledge across digital technologies (Cloud, Data, App Architecture (APIs, microservices, event
- streaming), and automation
- Experience securing and managing APIs
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong drive for self-learning and problem solving
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with Azure/AWS/Google Cloud
- Experience with data modeling
- Experience with common relational database technologies such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server and NoSQL database technologies like
- MongoDB, Cassandra, and Redis
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD concepts, and build pipelines
