Design and deliver blended learning programs end-to-end (ILT, virtual, eLearning, videos, job aids). Lead program and project management, collaborate with SMEs and field leaders, facilitate training, implement and measure effectiveness, produce multimedia assets using Articulate 360 and Adobe tools, and support LMS integration and rollouts with occasional travel.

Lead CRM and loyalty strategy to drive retention, frequency, and lifetime value across channels (email, SMS, push). Build lifecycle journeys, segmentation, testing and measurement frameworks. Optimize loyalty program offers and member experiences. Translate analytics into recommendations, partner cross-functionally, manage vendors, and grow membership through acquisition and engagement initiatives.

Lead front-of-house shifts, supervise and develop team members, ensure exceptional guest service and table touches, drive sales and event execution, maintain safety and sanitation, make on-floor decisions, and perform other operational duties during nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Dishwasher ensures cleanliness and safety by cleaning and sanitizing dishware, operating kitchen equipment safely, and assisting kitchen staff as needed.
