Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Solutions Architect to drive solutions to complex public sector challenges. In this role, you will serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert to public sector leaders and Authorium internal teams. By identifying technical requirements and crafting optimal solutions for complex use cases, you will drive customer success while enabling broader business objectives, including the adoption and growth of Authorium's solutions. Your efforts will directly support revenue growth by ensuring solutions align with customer needs and contribute to long-term partnerships. Ideal candidates will have the right balance of flexible technical capabilities and an ability to distill complex technical concepts into easily understood language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Discovery and Technical Leadership: Lead solution workshops, manage technical discovery sessions, and guide strategic pilots with customers.
• Solution Development and Presentation: Use your technical expertise to develop and recommend solutions that address customer needs, leveraging Authorium’s platform to maximize value. Devise and lead compelling presentations
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely across Sales, Product, Client Success, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and facilitate deep alignment on technical requirements.
• Documentation & Configuration: Transfer customer requirements and configuration needs into appropriate documentation to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and provide clear guidance for partner teams.

• 3+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or solutions architecture.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating simple and effective solutions.
• Technical understanding of SQL, APIs, and/or Databases (bonus).
• Experience in SaaS or GovTech sectors is preferred.
• Candidates must be based in Washington DC.

• OTE: $100,000-$175,000
