At CADDi, we're looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth. This position offers dynamic and hands-on experience, and you'll wear multiple hats and contribute to various customer-facing functions at CADDi.
What your days will look like:
- Directly interact with sales, partners, and customers to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to integrate customer systems with our platform, leveraging technologies like RPAs and APIs.
- Extract, analyze, and transform data from various sources to support demos, reports, and decision-making.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between our platform and third-party systems, ensuring data security and compliance.
- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems.
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for system architecture, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, or Python. Familiarity with PDM/PLM/ERP software.
- Deep understanding of database architecture, including query optimization, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Possesses a global mindset with a willingness to work with teams across different time zones and cultures.
