The Role
Strategically architect, design, develop, and implement efficient information systems and/or operations systems in support of core enterprise functions. Lead evaluation and selection of technologies. Utilize understanding of the latest technologies and use cases. Evaluate and select the right technology for a business requirement. Select the right PaaS (Platform as a Service) solution over IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) solution in the cloud where feasible and the right Authentication mechanism for a specific application. Help build proof of concepts (POCs) to incubate new technologies. Ensure industry, regulatory, and security standards and practices are followed. Utilize in-depth knowledge and concepts in development and cloud technologies such as C#, Dot Net, SQL Server, Shell Scripts, Dockers, Jenkins, Octopus, Azure, TFS, GIT, OKTA, Angular, and JavaScript to implement these systems. Identify new frameworks, tools, and libraries to benefit the productivity of engineering teams. Maintain a repository of reference architectures that can be used by engineering teams. Design, develop, enhance, code, test, deliver and debug software. Architect, lead and anchor a team of developers to work together to build and maintain clinical performance improvement digital products. Ensure team is delivering the highest standards by conducting code reviews, technical reviews and peer reviews. Utilize Pair Programming, Test Driven Development (TDD) to improve the quality of the deliverables. Design and deploy large-scale data applications using Cloud, Big Data, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Bricks, Python, Spark, SQL and NoSQL solutions. Comply with all published reference models and industry guidelines such as HIPAA and HITECH Act. In connection with above duties, utilize experience in Web Development; Architecture; .NET; C#; HTML; REST APIs; CSS; JavaScript; jQuery; Angular; SharePoint; Python; Shell Scripts; SQL Server; Oracle; NoSQL DBs; Cloud Technologies such as Azure and AWS; Git; Lucid Chart; Postman; Jenkins; Azure DevOps; Kubernetes; and Docker.

Salary: $139,464.00 - $223,200.00
