We are looking for a Solutions Architect with experience in large scale AI and/or HPC Infrastructure design, encompassing servers, network, storage and systems management. A Solution Architect is the first line of technical expertise between NVIDIA and our customers, as well as our partners. Your duties will vary from solutions design, industry and marketing speaking engagements, training delivery, troubleshooting, project coordination, customer relationship management and more. In this role you will provide support for customers in the South East Asia region.
What you'll be doing:
Identify new opportunities for NVIDIA technology and solutions, by optimally communicating and positioning the product portfolio and analysing customer requirements. Independently lead technical sales activities in collaboration with the extended team.
Validate data center designs and overall infrastructure capabilities (including power, cooling and space) to host NVIDIA solutions.
Work closely with data center operators, server and storage OEMs, system management and orchestration ISVs and the wider ecosystem in designing and delivering complete solutions.
Produce solutions proposals to customers, including architectural artifacts and bill of materials. Apply and customise reference architectures and templates to the specific customer context.
Work with internal engineering and product management teams to create new products and collect customer feedback. Contribute to the development of new reference architectures, reusable assets and templates in support of the wider team.
Closely collaborate with professional services and enterprise support teams on solutions delivery and support post-sales.
Setup and run demos, proof of concepts and benchmarks as required.
Deliver technical training and workshops to customers and partners. Present at industry and market events.
What we need to see:
A passion for customer success and innovative AI solutions. Someone motivated, able to work independently, proactively with minimal direction.
3+ years experience in IT infrastructure technical sales.
B.Sc or Master in Computer Science, Engineering or related subjects.
Experience in network design and topologies, both logical and physical.
Knowledge of Infiniband and RoCE fabrics.
Expertise with infrastructure management including Linux, Ethernet and IP networking, IPMI and RedFish.
Hardware and workload performance tuning and optimisation experience.
Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and love to work as part of a team.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to support customer in South East Asia.
Professional or Native English language proficiency
