THE ROLE

As a Solutions Architect with focus on data mobility at Everpure, you will drive the successful migration and mobility of complex enterprise data environments to ensure seamless transitions across file, block, and object systems. Operating independently on complex assignments, you will design highly scalable data mobility architectures that directly solve our customers' unique data infrastructure challenges. By partnering closely with sales, delivery, and engineering teams, you will act as a trusted technical advisor who shapes comprehensive migration strategies and delivers high-quality, impactful business outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Architect and implement highly scalable data mobility and migration solutions across file, block, and object environments, ensuring optimal data transitions and minimal disruption for enterprise customers.

  • Formulate comprehensive migration strategies by analyzing complex customer environments, utilizing independent judgment to resolve undefined technical challenges and drive successful project results.

  • Lead end-to-end migration execution—including discovery, planning, and cutover—and create foundational technical documentation, runbooks, and architectural diagrams that define delivery standards.

  • Accelerate pre-sales initiatives by assessing technical requirements, validating architecture designs, scoping efforts, and clearly communicating proposed technical solutions to key stakeholders.

  • Foster alignment across sales, delivery, and engineering groups, leveraging your expertise to advise peers on complex technical matters and share best practices across the organization.

  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Advanced expertise in data mobility and migration execution across NFS, SMB, object, and enterprise storage systems, including a deep knowledge of file permissions, ACLs, and multiprotocol access.

  • Comprehensive understanding of enterprise infrastructure components, encompassing storage, networking, compute, and foundational cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the adaptability to navigate ambiguous environments and determine effective approaches for complex technical variables.

  • Strong communication and influencing capabilities to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and guide strategic decisions within cross-functional teams.
