Enterprise Architect – AI & Intelligent Platforms
About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Architect – AI & Intelligent Platforms to contribute to and help evolve enterprise architecture capabilities across enterprise AI platforms, machine learning solutions, and intelligent automation capabilities. This role supports architecture strategy, reference architecture development, and roadmap execution for AI-enabled business capabilities across digital, corporate, supply chain, finance, and customer experience platforms. The role helps ensure AI solutions are built on scalable enterprise data, platform, and integration foundations. This role partners with business, engineering, data science, and senior architecture leadership to translate enterprise strategy into scalable AI platform and solution architecture approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to enterprise architecture strategy and support roadmap execution across enterprise AI and intelligent automation platforms
- Support development and adoption of reference architectures and standards for AI platforms, ML lifecycle solutions, and AI-enabled applications
- Lead architecture design and solution alignment for assigned AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation initiatives
- Partner with senior architects, engineering teams, and data science teams to ensure consistent AI platform and solution architecture design
- Support adoption of modern AI patterns including predictive analytics, real-time decisioning, and AI-enabled business workflows
- Participate in architecture reviews and provide architecture guidance to engineering, data engineering, and data science teams
- Contribute to AI platform evaluation, vendor selection, and AI solution modernization initiatives
- Demonstrate strong ownership of architecture deliverables and continuous improvement of architecture practices
What You Bring
- Strong experience working within enterprise data, analytics, or AI-enabled platform architecture environments
- Solid understanding of enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI or ML solution integration patterns
- Experience supporting enterprise initiatives involving AI solutions, advanced analytics, or intelligent automation implementations
- Strong understanding of how AI solutions interact with enterprise applications, data platforms, and digital experiences
- Ability to operate across architecture strategy, solution design, and engineering collaboration layers
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority
- Experience working in retail, consumer products, or customer-facing digital business environments
- Experience collaborating with global teams, offshore delivery teams, or distributed product and engineering organizations
Technical Expertise & Platform Experience
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture repository or modeling tools (e.g., LeanIX, Ardoq, or similar platforms) and contributing to architecture documentation or portfolio data
- Experience working with AI, ML, or analytics platforms and supporting model deployment, model integration, or AI solution implementations
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms and data pipelines supporting AI or analytics workloads
- Working knowledge of AI solution integration patterns including API-based model access, batch model processing, or real-time inference integrations
- Experience working with enterprise security concepts such as secure model access, identity-based access, and secure data or API interactions
- Experience participating in architecture reviews, architecture documentation, or supporting architecture governance and roadmap activities
Qualifications
- Progressive experience working across enterprise architecture, solution architecture, data platform architecture, or AI/analytics platform environments
- Demonstrated experience contributing to enterprise architecture, analytics platform, or AI solution modernization initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Success in This Role
Success in this role requires strong architecture fundamentals, ownership mindset, and the ability to grow into broader enterprise architecture responsibilities while supporting AI, data, and platform transformation initiatives at scale. This role requires strong collaboration and coordination with onsite architecture leaders, global architecture teams, and distributed delivery organizations to ensure consistent architecture execution across regions and programs.
