Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or Technical Leadership roles.
• Direct experience with OHS Head Start Program is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying cloud-based architectures using Azure or Google Cloud for government or large-scale enterprise systems.
• Extensive experience in transitioning systems from monolithic to microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with API design, system integration, and microservices deployment in complex environments.
• Experience in leading teams through DevOps practices, leveraging CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments.
• Proven experience in Healthcare and grants related projects for ACF, HHS, NIH or other Federal Health agencies.
• Expertise in Java, React, Node.js, Spring Boot, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), including security, scaling, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in API development, data integration, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF or Zachman Framework).
