Solutions Architect - Aruba and Juniper

At TD SYNNEX, we're looking for a Solutions Architect to help shape and deliver complex technology solutions for our partners and customers. 

This is a senior technical role for an experienced architect with expertise around networking and security, preferably Aruba and Juniper and a passion for solving complex business challenges. Working with partners, vendors, end users, and internal stakeholders, you'll design innovative multi-technology solutions, guide technical strategy, and lead projects from discovery through to successful delivery.

• Design and define complex technology solutions that address customer business challenges. 

• Engage with partners, vendors, and end customers to understand requirements and develop tailored solution strategies. 

• Provide technical leadership across high-value opportunities from initial engagement through to successful delivery. 

• Lead and coordinate internal, partner, and vendor technical resources across complex projects. 

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, delivering expertise throughout the solution lifecycle. 

• Conduct customer and partner workshops, discovery sessions, and site visits. 

• Support commercial teams in developing technical proposals and solution designs. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer, partner, and vendor stakeholders. 

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Drive solution adoption through technical enablement and knowledge-sharing activities. 

• Maintain advanced technical certifications and stay at the forefront of industry innovation and emerging technologies. 

• Champion best practice architecture, governance, and delivery standards. 

• Significant experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions within the IT industry. 

• Deep technical expertise across multiple technologies, platforms, or vendor ecosystems. 

• Proven experience working directly with customers, partners, and vendors to develop strategic technology solutions. 

• Strong solution architecture, consulting, and technical design skills. 

• Experience managing technical workstreams within complex projects and sales opportunities. 

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. 

• Outstanding presentation, communication, and influencing skills. 

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align technology with business outcomes. 

• Experience within the IT channel, distribution, vendor, reseller, or integrator environment would be highly beneficial. 

• Relevant advanced vendor certifications and accreditations are highly desirable. 

• A continuous learning mindset and passion for emerging technologies.
