About the Role:
Old Republic Title is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solutions Coordinator to join our Information Services team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating network and telecommunications activities across the organization—including vendor management, circuit installations, and support during acquisitions. You’ll play a key part in standardizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and helping the company scale with excellence.

This position is a hybrid schedule based out of either our Minnetonka, MN office, or Tampa, FL office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Vendor Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with telecom vendors. Oversee the installation and delivery of services (e.g., broadband, cable TV), ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation.

  • Project Engagement: Collaborate early in project planning to oversee telecom infrastructure needs, such as phone lines and circuits. Provide coordination support to align projects with business goals.

  • Acquisition Integration: Lead telecom coordination during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition of systems and alignment with company standards.

  • Billing & Contractor Oversight: Manage billing processes and vendor contracts to ensure service quality, compliance, and efficiency.

  • Security Collaboration: Partner with the Security team to coordinate network and infrastructure needs for branch security systems.

  • General Coordination: Support other department initiatives and team activities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, or project management
  • Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and coordinating projects

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong ability to use spreadsheets and presentations to drive insights and track project milestones

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work across departments and with external vendors in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
  • Organized, flexible, and dependable under pressure

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.

Position's Pay Range:

$90,000 to $110,000 annually.
