Job Summary
Looking for technical application support engineer, responsible to provide end to end support for the business applications within the organization. Assisting with systems integrations. Managing day to day tickets and query raised by Ops/Business team and resolutions is kept up to date. Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide technical support to clients and resolve issues related to the application.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the application and its components.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Must Have: Linux, SQL and ITIL process
Nice to have: Splunk, CI/CD tools
Total of experience: 3-8yrs
Hybrid/ Onsite - Hybrid
Work Result: Agreed deliverables
