Job DescriptionTo gather client insights, conduct analysis, redesign, development, deployment, monitoring, and measurement of outcomes for all iterations of the Client Journey.
QualificationsMinimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce/Information Technology
Experience Required:
- Main Market Clients
- Personal and Private Banking
- 5-7 years Experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications to create client solutions. Experience in managing a product (incl. income statement) managing people; understands the banks products, processes and systems.
