Job Description
Overall Purpose:
You will play a key role in supporting Finance Business Functions by implementing (scoping, integration, planning) the solutions that will improve Accounting, deal management, financing & forecasting &treasury payments.
Main accountabilities:
- Application Software Development: Contribute to development of existing and new solutions/products by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Contribute to development of new applications to meet customer requirements.
- Applications Software Maintenance: Monitor identify and correct straightforward product/solutions defects to maintain fully functioning applications software.
- Application Software Roadmap: Maintain roadmap to facilitate product/solutions evolution and ensure the development work is prioritized in line with business requirements.
- Documentation and Back up: Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard.
- Enterprise Infrastructure Modernization: Participate in the development of architecture blueprints for related systems.
- Horizon Scanning: Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on or usefulness to the organization.
- Technical Developments Recommendation: Research and suggest technical developments to improve quality of the product/solution and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs.
- Data Integration: Build or configure data integrations between treasury systems and other systems (ERP, BI).
- Information Security: Implement required security measures to protect product/solution and to notify security experts of any problems.
- Requirements Management: Identify elicit and document project/product/solution requirements using appropriate modeling technique if required. Analyze requirements and validate with original users eliminating confusion. Define the testing scripts and verification criteria to ensure requirements are met. Maintain documentation and traceability throughout project.
- Testing Information Technology (IT) Performance: Perform product/solution tests and respond to user emails to monitor diagnose and correct performance issues.
- Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology external regulation and industry best practices through ongoing education attending conferences and reading specialist media.
- Quality: Help management to implement quality assurance change initiatives and/or make continuous operational improvements.
- Governance: Contribute with the project’s governance, Steering Committee, Status, Issues escalation.
Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer Sciences, finance, economy or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the domain of IT for one of these domains: Treasury, Finance, Accounting
- Quantum or other TMS knowledge is highly valuable.
- Knowledge in Processes and Solutions for the following scope is desired: treasury & accounting.

- You have strong analytical skills.
- SAP Finance knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge in BI solutions is a plus.
