The Role
Lead end-to-end sales for Atlassian's Service Collection (ITSM/ESM) across an assigned EMEA territory. Build pipeline and territory/account plans, co-sell with account teams, partners and GSIs, engage senior stakeholders, drive expansions and cross-sell, and meet quota through strategic account management and consultative selling.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end sales motions for our Service Collection offering (ITSM / ESM)
  • Partner with our account teams on account planning and driving the book of business
  • Build a territory plan and accounts plans
  • Co-sell and collaborate with solution partners and GSIs

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role
  • Experience selling Enterprise SaaS products
  • Experience selling Service Management (ITSM/ESM) solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Familiar with MEDDPICC
  • Experience in Enterprise software sales, driving transformational deals
  • Experience growing Enterprise accounts through cross-selling and upsell
  • Fluent language skills in English, additional German, Nordic or Dutch language skills are a big plus
