The Mission

This is an opportunity to join a growing team in a company that’s reimagining the cloud services industry in the era of AI. We’re looking for a Senior Solution Marketing Manager, with deep experience in solutions development or product marketing, to support Caylent’s overall go-to-market initiatives by leading solution marketing strategy, concentrating on promoting Caylent’s services and offerings. This person will have experience in B2B and be motivated to hit targets and manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our AWS consulting services, drive demand, and elevate our brand within the cloud services market. You manage a small team and own the strategy behind how we position and promote our AWS-based consulting services. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical leaders, and content creators, to create compelling messaging, content, and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Your Assignment

  • Solution Messaging Strategy & Positioning: Translate complex service offerings into differentiated market-ready solutions. Develop compelling positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that speak to technical and business audiences in collaboration with your team.
  • Solution Launches: Lead solutions launches and marketing strategies for new solutions built on AWS, ensuring successful market entry.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the tools and resources needed to effectively communicate our value proposition and close deals, including pitch decks, offering briefs, battlecards, and more.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, solution development team, and industry specialists to understand our service offerings, ensuring alignment between marketing messaging, actual services, and market demand.
  • Voice of the Customer & Market Intelligence: Leverage customer feedback, win/loss data, and market insights to continuously refine our GTM approach and inform solution development.
  • Performance Analysis: Define and track KPIs to measure solution performance and marketing effectiveness. Report on insights and optimize future campaigns and launches accordingly.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Cayliens. Set clear goals, offer regular feedback, and foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and trust.
  • Mentorship & Enablement: Support professional growth across the Marketing team, mentor team members, and contribute to shared GTM frameworks and best practices.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of solutions marketing, go-to-market development or product management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT or cloud computing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), artificial intelligence or data platforms preferred 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing content.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience managing and developing direct reports
  • Comfortable setting team goals, leading performance conversations, and enabling others’ success
  • Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and customers

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. If you are hired at Caylent, your base salary is determined on factors such as skills, experience, geographic location, and other market conditions. While it's not typical for offers to be made at the top of the range, please keep in mind that the base salary range is only one component of your overall compensation. Additionally, you are eligible for the benefits, bonuses, and incentives as listed above in the job description!
