Role Overview
The Solution Manager supports the design, development, and implementation of customized logistics solutions for e-commerce marketplaces and retailers. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Network Planning—to assist in the delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and drive operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has foundational experience in logistics or supply chain. This position is ideal for individuals looking to deepen their exposure to solution development and logistics project execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Development & Launch [Solution Completion SLA]
- Develop, formulate and deploy cross-border e-commerce logistics solutions across transportation, customs, and supply chain operations.
- Gather requirements, coordinating pilot activities, and tracking launch progress.
- Ensure documentation and implementation steps are completed accurately and on schedule.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Network Planning, and Commercial teams to execute solution components.
- Translate customer requirements into internal action plans and workflows.
- Facilitate smooth information flow between teams to support alignment and delivery.
3. Performance Tracking & Improvement [Solutions GP]
- Monitor key metrics to track solution performance post-launch.
- Collect feedback from internal stakeholders to identify operational or customer-related improvement areas.
- Contribute to process enhancement and solution optimization efforts.
4. Project Execution
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and documentation.
- Identify risks or blockers and curate action plan to mitigate identified risks
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within broader solution rollouts.
5. Team Collaboration & Best Practices
- Work closely with cross-functional team to align on timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of templates, SOPs, and knowledge bases related to solution design.
- Participate in team discussions and share insights or learnings from past projects.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or product management, preferably in cross-border e-commerce.

- Proven experience in product lifecycle management and product development.
- Familiarity with logistics routing planning, SLA management, and supplier management.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of cross-border logistics, transportation, and customs processes.
- Comfortable with data tracking and performance metrics using Excel or dashboards.
