Location: Home-based 10% travel

SUMMARY

The Solution Integration Manager manages the delivery of both on site and remote deploy services through teams of technical experts who deliver services such as installation, Integration, and Test and Verification to support Ribbon customers. The Solution Integration Manager is responsible for Employee development, meeting targeted Revenue and cost budgets and margins. On time performance of projects and services, quality of service delivers and maintains customer’s satisfaction. This position will focus on managing the deployment and integration of complex networks and solution using teams of skilled technical installation and integration Engineers

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The position requires the Solution Integration manager to demonstrate expertise in understanding of Ribbon service offerings to customers. They will have a core understanding of technical requirements and deliverables associated with these services, be able to identify demarcation points and level of effort required to deliver the service in order to quickly estimate intervals, cost, schedule and resource requirements. As a people manager the deployment manager will have perform Priorities, performance evaluations, help define career paths for their direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experienced in both TDM and NGN networks

• Knowledgeable on fundamentals of Deploy Services offerings, processes and deliverables

• Self-motivated individual able to learn quickly, with strong communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must have good leadership skills, to lead, manage and motivate direct reports

• Excellent organizational written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively work with others

• Candidate must be driven to achieve results while maintaining deadlines

• In-Depth understanding of Project budgets, contractor spend and Fix Price Quoting process

• Must be able to manage to Business metrics, on time performance, utilization, contractor budgets, quality scorecards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Education Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Or equivalent experience

• 10 years of applicable telecommunications experience

• People management experience

• Knowledge and experience with delivery of deploy services.

• Experience in working directly with customers, addressing issues and providing updates

• Understanding of partner (MSP) engagement processes.
