Responsibilities
- Designing
and
installing
customized software solutions for the
customer
needs, goals, and
technical
requirements for the
implementation
- Create
implementation
plans
based
on
gathered
requirements
- Lead the
implementation
process
by
configuring, installing
and
integrating
the
company`s
products
or
services
- Providing post-installation follow-ups, and
technical
guidance
and
support
during
the
implementation
phase, troubleshooting issues
to
align
with
their business process.
- Act as a liaison
between
the
client, sales team, product
development, and
support
teams, ensuring
clear
and
effective communication throughout
the
implementation
process.
- Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders on
how
to use and
maintain
the
implemented
solution.
- Create
documentation, manuals, and
guides
to
assist
clients in understanding
and
using
the
product
effectively.
- Testing
the performance of
the
installed system, fixing bugs, and
quality
checks
to
ensure
that
the
implemented
solution
meets
client`s
expectations
and
complies
with
the
predefined standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree, preferably in computer
science, engineering
or software engineering.
- Fluency in English
- Previous
work
experience
on
related
areas
- Good communication skills.
- Ability
to
create big-picture software solutions.
- Ability
to
present
ideas in a clean, user-friendly
way.
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention
to
detail.
