Position Summary: The Solution Architect designs end-to-end technology solutions that align business goals with scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise systems. This role translates complex business and technical requirements into practical architecture designs, then guides solution delivery across our Azure cloud, Snowflake, Power BI, data, application, and integration environments. The Solution Architect balances technical excellence, business value, and operational sustainability across large-scale transformation initiatives.
Essential Tasks:
- Design end-to-end technology solutions across Azure cloud, Snowflake, Power BI, and enterprise integration platforms
- Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, developers, and infrastructure teams to define solution architecture and implementation roadmaps
- Evaluate current systems, identify gaps, and recommend scalable architecture improvements and modernization strategies
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, governance policies, and performance expectations
- Lead technical design discussions for cloud, data, analytics, and application architectures, with an emphasis on Azure and Snowflake
- Support project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle by resolving design challenges and protecting architecture integrity
- Prepare and maintain architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical recommendations for stakeholders and delivery teams
- Drive continuous improvement through technology evaluation, reusable design patterns, and adoption of best practices

- Working knowledge of architecture frameworks, design patterns, and solution governance practices
- Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Power BI, APIs, and enterprise integration technologies
- Strong understanding of security, performance, availability, and operational support considerations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical designs to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models, preferred
- Demonstrated experience influencing architecture strategy and working with senior business and technology leaders, preferred
Systems:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Azure, Snowflake, and Power BI – Experience leading Azure cloud transformation, enterprise modernization, or data platform migration initiatives, and familiarity with broad set of Azure, Snowflake and Power BI services and enterprise integration tools, preferred
Physical Requirements:
