The Learning & Development Intern will help create engaging digital learning materials using Canva and PowerPoint and support live classes and presentations. This is a ten-week, part-time, in-person internship in Fort Worth, Texas, designed for college sophomores or juniors.

Edit raw footage into polished video content, including color correction, audio mixing, graphics, text overlays, and animations. Organize video files, incorporate feedback, and support production activities. Help create interviews, podcasts, events, and promotional content; optimize videos for social platforms; monitor engagement metrics; and collaborate on content strategy. Manage multiple deadlines while developing professional video editing and production skills.

Leads revenue enablement by aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Underwriting, and IT. Owns CRM strategy, governance, adoption, reporting, and optimization; leads sales enablement, marketing communications, business-system implementations, process improvements, and cross-functional technology projects. Develops requirements, workflows, training, change-management plans, and performance measures while coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership to support profitable growth and consistent customer experiences.

Performs captive department accounting, including invoices, deposits, reconciliations, financial statements, regulatory reports, tax coordination, cash-flow monitoring, and audit supervision.
