Manages and develops a small engineering team, partners with product and business stakeholders, evaluates technical risks, and guides responsible AI-assisted development. The role requires hands-on technical judgment across modern application architecture, Azure cloud services, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and secure software delivery.

Maintains accurate financial records, prepares journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, and supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Coordinates group captive risk management activities, including claims reporting and tracking, loss run analysis, client report distribution, claim review scheduling, workshop and board meeting preparation, project tracking, internal audits, and administrative support for account management and loss control teams.

Coordinates financing transactions for life insurance policies, serving as liaison among clients, sales teams, lenders, intermediaries, and insurance carriers.
