Job Summary:
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and owning end‑to‑end customer solutions for OMS and supply‑chain implementations. This role translates complex business requirements into scalable, high‑quality functional and technical designs while serving as the primary solution authority throughout delivery. The Solution Architect works closely with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Own end‑to‑end solution architecture for customer implementations
- Lead solution design and requirements discovery sessions with customer stakeholders
- Translate business processes and requirements into scalable system designs aligned with product capabilities and best practices
- Produce and maintain clear solution design documentation, including workflows, integrations, assumptions, and constraints
- Act as the design authority across implementation teams, providing guidance, clarification, and issue resolution
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and Product/Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery
- Support estimation, solution validation, and scope definition activities as required
- Mentor junior consultants and architects and promote standardized solution patterns and best practices
What you bring to the team:
- 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, application consulting, or enterprise system implementations
- Strong experience with OMS, supply chain, fulfillment, or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proven experience in customer‑facing, delivery‑oriented roles
- Solid understanding of integrations (APIs, file‑based, event‑driven), data models, and system workflows
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering multi‑region or global implementations
- Familiarity with cloud‑based enterprise platforms
