What will you do?
- As part of our Engagement Pillar, you'll partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape how our engagement ecosystem fits together, ensuring the overall experience is cohesive and intuitive for the marketing teams using our platform.
- Your initial focus areas will include problem discovery across:
- Multi-step bonus loyalty campaigns
- Messaging strategy development and execution
- Enabling marketers to more easily hyper-personalise and manage multiple offers
- As a technical leader within the pillar, you'll act as a bridge between business and engineering to influence product and engineering strategy. This will include defining architectural guardrails, setting a clear technical vision, and upholding high standards in domain architecture and decision-making.
- You’ll meet regularly with senior leadership to review roadmaps, unblock delivery obstacles, and challenge assumptions to bring fresh perspectives to existing thinking.
- Your role will be customer-facing, hands-on when needed, and pivotal in translating strategic direction into practical implementation.
- The goal: define the right problems to solve, validate solutions for cohesiveness, scalability, and feasibility, and ensure those solutions deliver lasting value.
What are we looking for?
- Hands on experience leading the delivery of Web / API integration solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- A product-oriented Platform or Solution Architect who can translate business and customer outcomes into pragmatic architectural decisions.
- Someone who enjoys operating as a highly collaborative partner to Product and Engineering, shaping solutions early and enabling teams.
- A confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders, navigate complex customer relationships and push back constructively when needed.
- Exposure to engagement domains such as loyalty, offers, messaging, or personalisation would be a plus.
