About this opportunity
Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect. In this pivotal role, you will analyze, design, and develop commercially viable technical solutions aligned with customer specifications and business needs. You will play a key role in defining short- and long-term profitable business strategies by working closely with the Core 3 team to translate customer requirements and technology opportunities into compelling technical solutions, offerings, and proposals.
What you will do
Engage in detailed discussions with customers to understand their technology strategy, business goals, and key challenges.
Analyze customer technology and business environments, including non-functional requirements.
Identify improvement areas and challenges related to technology, business processes, CSG Ascade, and mediation platforms.
Collaborate with the Core 3 team to define solution strategies, activities, and architectures.
Construct value propositions and business cases jointly with the Core 3 team.
Design end-to-end solutions involving CSG Ascade and mediation systems aligned with Ericsson's portfolio.
Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations and solution proposals to customers.
The skills you bring
Mandatory hands-on experience with CSG Ascade and Mediation platforms
Strong consultative and customer-facing skills
Solution architecture, solution delivery, and project implementation experience
Technical sales and solution positioning capabilities
Expertise in hardware, architecture, virtual environments, technologies, protocols, and interfaces
Financial and business acumen with the ability to build value-based solutions
Negotiation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Customer solution design and market insight capabilities
Strong understanding of the Ericsson portfolio
Knowledge sharing, continuous learning mindset
Infrastructure capacity planning, performance analysis, and solution definition
