Responsibilities
Responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end architecture of projects delivered within the Core & Integrations vertical, translating business and non-functional requirements into scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions.
• Works closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to select appropriate technologies, integration patterns, and implementation approaches, ensuring successful delivery of solutions based on APIs, event driven architectures, and integration with core systems and enterprise platforms.
• Define the end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for assigned projects.
• Translate business requirements into services, APIs, integration flows, data models, and technical components.
• Select and apply appropriate architectural and integration patterns based on project requirements.
• Define and validate non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, availability, security, observability, and disaster recovery.
• Guide development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle and support critical technical decisions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and architectural constraints.
• Contribute to estimations, feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts, vendor evaluations, and technology assessments.
• Promote reuse of existing platforms, services, components, and integration assets across the vertical.
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and engineering teams to ensure consistency and quality of delivered solutions.
Qualifications
• A hands-on architect capable of bridging business requirements and technical implementation, with strong expertise (10+ years) in designing and delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions across Java and / or .NET ecosystems in complex environments.

Skills Required
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions
- Strong experience with Java and/or .NET ecosystems
- Solution architecture experience, including Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architecture, microservices, service-oriented architecture, and API-first design
- Experience with architecture documentation, reviews, architecture decision records, and C4 Model or equivalent
- Expertise in REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, GraphQL, asynchronous messaging, Apache Kafka, event streaming, CDC, SOAP/WSDL, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, NoSQL technologies, observability, distributed tracing, logging, monitoring, and resilience patterns
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and API security
- Experience providing technical leadership, stakeholder management, requirements analysis, mentoring, coaching, facilitation, and presentations
- Effective use of Microsoft Copilot and similar AI-assisted engineering tools
