The role. Set the technical bar for AI-native delivery and be the first line of defense on every solution we build. You own architecture and solutioning end-to-end — from pre-sales through delivery — and you see the whole picture: not just what the customer asked for, but why they bought us and what they actually need. You translate wants into needs, frame the real problem, and drive it from idea to implementation to impact. This is an AI-native operational-intelligence architect, not a traditional workflow or BPM architect.
What you own
- End-to-end, AI-native architecture and integration design for customer engagements — the build patterns the whole delivery team works to.
- The big picture — understanding why the customer is buying Skan, shaping the real problem behind the stated request, and designing to the outcome.
- Pre-sales solutioning and the architecture gate-review before anything reaches the customer; you are the quality bar.
- Reusable reference architectures, patterns and standards fed into the Center of Excellence.
- Architectures grounded in operational telemetry — the digital twin of work — and built for continuous optimization.
- Agentic systems design — perception, reasoning and planning; bounded autonomy, contextual memory, multi-agent orchestration and runtime observability.
What we look for
- Thinks in systems, not workflows — reasons about enterprise operational behavior, not requirements → approvals → implementation.
- Real agentic depth (well beyond 'instruct the agent' / 'let the agent decide') and telemetry-native intelligence design.
- Sees needs behind wants — frames the business problem and drives idea → implementation → impact.
- Fluent in AI economics — inferencing, token and GPU modeling; scalability, hallucination-containment and auditability tradeoffs.
- Runtime governance of autonomous systems; designs adaptive human + AI operating models.
- Challenges traditional software assumptions; AI-first by default.
Skills Required
- Design and deliver end-to-end AI-native architectures and integrations for enterprise customers
- Deep experience with agentic systems design (perception, reasoning, planning, bounded autonomy, contextual memory)
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration and runtime observability
- Expertise in operational telemetry/digital-twin-driven architectures
- Fluency in AI economics including inferencing, token and GPU modeling, and scalability tradeoffs
- Knowledge of hallucination-containment, auditability, and runtime governance for autonomous systems
- Pre-sales solutioning experience and ability to act as architecture gate for customer deliverables
- Ability to create reusable reference architectures, patterns, and Center of Excellence artifacts
- Systems thinking applied to enterprise operational behavior (not just workflow design)
