Qualtrics Solution Architect We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience, to design and deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions with deep expertise in Qualtrics, AWS, and enterprise experience platforms. This role combines technical architecture, hands-on development, and direct client engagement to build scalable, secure integration solutions across banking, telecom, automotive, healthcare and aviation sectors. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solutioning from requirements gathering through implementation and serve as a trusted advisor to global clients on platform customization, data flow automation, and cloud-native transformation. Key Responsibilities a. Discovery – Requirements Ownership • Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, solution architecture, scoping, effort estimation, and client presentations • Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver technical solutions that prioritize performance, security, and scalability. • Document requirements, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to ensure alignment across client and delivery teams. b. Design – End-to-End Solution Design • Architect end-to-end cloud-native solutions using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3) and integrate with platforms such as Qualtrics, CRM, and enterprise data warehouses • Develop complete solution architectures covering applications, integrations, data flow, infrastructure, and APIs. • Lead the design and architecture of Qualtrics XM solutions (CX, EX, PX, Brand Experience) • Has exposure to all new AI functionalities, and is aware of Qualtrics AI features • Conduct code reviews and guide teams on best practices and cloud-native patterns • Build integration solutions connecting survey platforms with CRM systems, ticketing tools, SMS/messaging gateways, data warehouses, and kiosk systems • Support integration with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) (Would be a bonus) c. Strategy – Business Alignment & Client Advisory • Ensure solutions directly support client business goals, deliver immediate value, and remain scalable for future needs. • Act as a trusted advisor, simplifying technical concepts, guiding client decisions, and driving best practices. • Present insights and solution designs to leadership d. Program Governance – Standards & Compliance • Manage full project lifecycle: scoping, solutioning, design, implementation, and client enablement • Enforce design standards, best practices, and compliance requirements across client engagements. • Maintain consistency and quality in solution delivery across multiple projects. e. Scale – Scalability & Future Readiness • Build reusable and scalable solution frameworks to improve efficiency across client engagements. • Design architectures that adapt to evolving client needs and technology updates. • Lead development of serverless applications using Node.js, Python, and React Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in consulting or client-facing roles. • Platforms: Qualtrics certification is a must. Hands-on expertise with Qualtrics CX/EX platforms (survey design, dashboards, workflows). • Strong knowledge of API integrations, enterprise architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Has worked on AI / ML technologies, also is exposed to Qualtrics AI features • Technical know-how o Languages: Node.js, Python, SQL o Frontend: React, Angular, jQuery, HTML/CSS o DevOps: Jenkins, Docker, Git • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to balance technical depth with business advisory.
