Solution Architect

The purpose of this role is to create solution architectures for systems and platforms ensuring all relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to the company’s standards, policies and practices whilst meeting the business’ requirements. The role will oversee the work of other architects and delivery of the solution for clients both internal and external, shepherding it through the relevant governance.
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions with deep expertise in AWS, Qualtrics, and enterprise experience platforms. This role combines technical architecture, hands-on development, and direct client engagement to build scalable, secure integration solutions across banking, telecom, automotive, healthcare and aviation sectors. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solutioning from requirements gathering through implementation and serve as a trusted advisor to global clients on platform customization, data flow automation, and cloud-native transformation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Discovery & Consulting

• Lead requirement discovery, solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical proposal creation.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical consulting during pre-sales and client presentations.

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end cloud-native architectures using AWS and Qualtrics.
• Architect enterprise integrations with CRM, analytics platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Lead Qualtrics CX, EX, PX, and Brand Experience implementations.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, including Qualtrics AI features.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews while ensuring adherence to best practices.

Client Advisory & Strategy

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
• Present solution architecture, roadmaps, and recommendations to business and leadership teams.
• Align technology solutions with business objectives and future scalability.

Delivery & Governance

• Own the complete solution lifecycle from discovery through implementation.
• Ensure architecture standards, security, governance, and compliance.
• Drive consistency across multiple client engagements.

Innovation & Scalability

• Develop reusable solution frameworks and accelerators.
• Build scalable serverless applications using AWS, Node.js, Python, and React.
• Drive cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Qualtrics XM Platform (CX/EX mandatory).
• Proven expertise in AWS cloud architecture and enterprise integrations.
• Experience designing API-first and serverless solutions.
• Strong client-facing, consulting, and stakeholder management experience.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and Qualtrics AI capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Qualtrics CX/EX Certification (Mandatory)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Consulting or Professional Services background
• Experience with Customer Journey Mapping, Voice of Customer (VoC), and Employee Experience programs
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Machine Learning applications
• Experience with data analytics and BI platforms

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (Required)
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Preferred)
