About this opportunity:
We're looking for a Solution Architect to join our team at Ericsson. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping technical solutions that meet both customer requirements and business goals. You'll be responsible for analysing, designing, and delivering the solutions.
What you will do:
• Work closely with customers to understand their technology strategy and uncover key challenges. • Assess their technology landscape, business environment. • Identify areas for improvement and highlight both technical and business challenges. • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring seamless delivery in the customer network • Lead and guide the team to successfully complete assigned tasks. • Create and deliver clear, impactful technical presentations for customers.
The skills you bring:
• Utilize cloud-specific commands (e.g., kubectl) to monitor and manage ECM containerized services. • Participate actively in daily standups and Agile ceremonies for operational alignment. • Should have product modelling understanding with respect to ECM and hands-on experience in product configurations as ECM.
Possess deep functional knowledge of ECM product configuration entities, including Product Offer (PO), Product Specification (PS), Customer & Resource Facing Service Specifications (CFSS/RFSS), Product Offering Price & Charge Type (POP & CT), CCS offer templates, and Code Tables.• Work with TMF Forum APIs for catalog querying, configuration, and integration.• Configure products, update catalog items, and manage lifecycle changes using ACLT Tool.• Understand ECM database schema and table relationships to execute validations and troubleshooting queries.• Create and maintain catalog rules, hierarchies, and info tables to meet business requirements.• Ensure smooth integration of ECM catalog updates with charging and billing systems, validating end-to-end product activation and rating.• Troubleshoot BAU catalog issues by checking application logs, database entries, and API responses.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, charging, billing, and order management to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of catalog changes.• Proven experience in Ericsson Catalogue Manager product operations.• Strong knowledge of TMF API specifications for catalog.• Proficiency with ACLT tool for product configuration.• Experience with troubleshooting using SQL and log analysis.• Familiarity with Kubernetes (kubectl) commands.• Understanding of telecom charging, billing flows, and product hierarchy best practices.• Good understanding of Ericsson Order catalogue. • Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field.• 10+ years of experience in Catalogue Manager, Order care, BSS portfolio.
