About this opportunity:
Join our team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect, a critical role supporting end-to-end technical solutions for the RAN domain across Australia and New Zealand. Working within the Customer Support Team, which has a local strength of around 40 people across all domains, you will help ensure AMC deliverables are met for RAN customers across ANZA. This role is suited to a passionate technical leader who can resolve complex issues, provide expert consultation, shorten troubleshooting lead times, and support opportunities across Customer Support, pre-sales, domain delivery, service delivery and operations.
What you will do:- Lead complex technical investigations across 5G and 4G RAN technologies, using protocol-level analysis and strong troubleshooting capability- Provide network solutions on the latest technologies in Radio Access Network (RAN) space, considering E2E impacts- Keep track of ongoing Customer service requests and ensure that concern is being addressed with the right priority- Analyse and troubleshoot to handle and provide support in Critical and Emergency cases when needed- Interface and interact with the relevant stakeholders and ensure the timely progress on Customer service requests for Critical/ Priority cases- Handle customer technical queries all the time and ensure timely response- Take handover from Projects and ensure all the check points are completed- Organize and deliver knowledge sharing sessions with stakeholders- Review and prepare relevant technical documents i.e. RCA- Proven ability to technically analyse and approve solution implementation for the customer- Exceptional troubleshooting skills required to solve customer issues- Lead Optimization discussions/issues/Investigations and work closely with product experts to address customer escalations/requirements- Drive prioritized improvement initiatives in key strategic and operational areas- Solid grasp and experience in RF design and tuning in 4G/5G RAN product and network- Participate in deliver services around the SWUS programs like - Feature massification, KPI analysis and agreement with stakeholders.
You will bring: - Domain Expertise: Radio Access Network (RAN) -4G/5G- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent- Min 15 years of experience, most recent 5 years' experience must be in 5G/LTE- Hands on experience on Ericsson RAN product is must- Strong technical acumen exhibited when dealing with complex customer issues.- Strong configuration knowledge of various RAN Solution in MSRBS/DSS/CA- Ability to perform tracing and complex logs analysis for RAN Nodes- Must have call flows, protocols, 3GPP and Interface related knowledge in 5G RAN- Ability to technically analyse and approve solution implementation for customers- Exceptional troubleshooting skills to solve customer issues without escalating to the next level- Transport and Core network basic troubleshooting- Previous experience working in telecommunications support/care/Level2/R&D/Integration
