Based within the Business Area Cloud Software and Services (BCSS) - Service Area Cognitive Network Solutions (SA CNS), the Strategic Competence Unit (SCU) is a highly qualified global service delivery team located in several countries. You will be working on advanced mobile technologies and will be involved in projects with many diverse customers around the world. In this role, you will be a specialist and a go-to person in the field of RAN/E2E Network Design and Optimization (NDO). What you will do
- Deliver services in the area of NDO RAN/E2E, acting as a senior technical expert and Subject Matter Expert across 4G and 5G for Mobile Broadband (MBB) and Voice.
- Analyze network data and deliver solutions to improve customer network performance in terms of capacity, functionality and end-user experience, working across the full mobile network ecosystem.
- Lead and guide discussions with Customers (both Technical Staff and Senior Management), managing expectations and ensuring successful delivery within agreed time, scope and cost.
- Propose and design technical solutions and develop high-quality technical presentations.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing within the organization.
- Provide ideas and suggestions to Product Management to further enhance, evolve and expand existing offerings within the NDO portfolio.
You will bring
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Solid experience in ICT Industry with experience in NDO service delivery.
- Strong technical expertise in 4G and 5G, Mobile Broadband (MBB) and VoLTE
- Deep technical knowledge of RAN (radio interface, features, algorithms, parameters and Ericsson products), with proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- Strong data analytics capabilities, including the use of statistical tools and methodologies to analyze and correlate network data.
- Extensive experience performing advanced NDO RAN analysis and studies, providing recommendations and developing technical proposals to improve network performance and guide network evolution.
- End to End understanding of mobile network services, including devices, RAN, Transport and Core.
- Ability to understand customers business objectives and translate them into network performance improvements and enhanced end-user experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and senior customer stakeholders, by knowing the impact of any action/service on their business.
- Team-oriented mindset, with a focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing and developing others.
- Self-driven, proactive and able to perform effectively in challenging environments, with a strong ability to learn independently.
- Results-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality and successful project delivery.
- Location & Travel: Position based in Mexico City (hybrid model), with availability to travel globally based on business needs.
