Job Description

We make machines speak! We are Digital Twin – a corporate start-up using a modular digital transformation solution to create a cyber physical system of large industrial machineries. Join our innovative team to help shaping our global business in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment. Together, we will take human-machine collaboration to the next level.

  • You gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges related to asset performance management
  • You architect end-to-end solutions that leverage digital twin technology to monitor, analyze, and optimize asset performance
  • You integrate digital twin solutions with existing systems and data sources to create a unified view of asset performance
  • You oversee the deployment of digital twin solutions, working closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • You collaborate with customer project teams to understand their specific requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure alignment with overall solution architecture
  • You stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to digital twin and asset performance management and recommend innovations to enhance solutions

Qualifications

  • Education: You have a Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. PhD beneficial.
  • Experience and Know-How: You have proven experience as a solution architect, preferably in the field of digital twin technology or asset performance management. You have strong understanding of digital twin concepts, IoT technologies, and asset management principles. You have Experience with relevant technologies and tools such as cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), IoT platforms, data analytics frameworks, and visualization tools. You have Proficiency in architectural design methodologies and patterns.
  • Certifications: You have relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
  • Working practice and personality: You have the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive consensus on technical decisions. You have Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering business value through technology solutions.
  • Enthusiasm: You have passion for innovation and creating visually compelling experiences. 
  • Languages: You are business fluent in English, other languages are welcome.

Additional Information

The contractual work location is Ludwigsburg.
