Job Description
CUBE / Contract Hub is the Coface referential for the contracts, for all business lines. The contracts are sent to Contract Hub by the various contract tools deployed at Coface (like GCC, Autonomy, LCS, WISE, …), stored in database and made available to any application using contractual data (Atlas, Cofanet, Inca, Billi, …) and the datawares for reporting.
Contract Hub publish the structure that the contracts must follow, as a XSD. Contract Hub also applies several rules on the contract sent by the contracts tools to verify the contract coherence and that it respects the Coface procedure.
There is also several tools associated with Contract Hub, pages to display the contractual data in Cube, interfaces to manage tariff grid and contract processing information, or batches for the contract lifecycle or sending back contracts to local contract tools.
The Solution Analyst must :
- Collect, clarify and document technically the user needs, according to the organisation, process and business rules, by working with the business analysts or the analysts of other applications working with Contract Hub
- Challenge the need, propose alternatives solution when the need complexity looks incompatble with the expected result
- Attends the estimation workshops
- Describe the needs by writing technical specifications
- Assist the development team
- Perform tests on the application, and support the teams testing applications having interaction with Contract Hub
- Analyse production tickets, or issues discovered during user tests
- Attends the meetings with the development team in Romania
Qualifications
- Similar experience of 5 years in an international environment is required
- Oral and written English and French needed – daily work with people in these two languages
- Very good understanding of business issues, processes and business rules within the scope
- Good written and oral communication, listening skills. Good writing
- Ability to lead meetings and collaborate with business, operational or technical specialists, ability to build consensus, team spirit
- Good knowledge of SQL and technical skills are required, knowledge of Java is a plus
