You will provide high‑quality, accurate advice to clients, managing matters from instruction through to resolution. You will advise social purpose organisations on legal structure, incorporations, governance reviews, and a wide range of associated work. Based in either our Birmingham or Manchester office, you will work within the Governance team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm on day‑to‑day work and wider projects.
