Novo Health Services is hiring full-time Soil Sorters for our healthcare linen facility in DuBois, PA. The Soil Sort Team Member works hands-on with linens performing physically demanding, hands-on work sorting soiled linen on a fast-moving conveyor belt. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting and tossing linen, repetitive motion, and wearing required PPE while working in an active production environment.
Schedule
4 days per week
10-hour shifts
1st Shift and 2nd Shift available
Physical Requirements
Stand for the full shift
Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand motions
Work in a production environment with soiled linen
Qualifications
No experience required – training provided
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Reliable attendance
Ability to work as part of a team
Transportation Available
We offer transportation to and from work through our company van program, serving areas from DuBois to Punxsutawney, with multiple stops along the route.
