PlayStationのシステムアプリケーション・ミドルウェア、連携するモバイルアプリやWebアプリを、
アジャイルで開発・リリースを行っていくための自動化フレームワークの新規機能開発を担当頂きます。
PlayStationのシステムソフトウェア開発では、テストの自動化をグローバルに推進し、CI/CDを実現しています。
高品質な体験をAgilityを持って提供するために、開発基盤としてより高いレベルの自動化フレームワークが必要となります。
海外拠点とも連携しつつ、クロスプラットフォームに対応した自動化フレームワークの開発をアプリ開発者と一体となって進めて頂きます。

当グループでは、自動化フレームワークやテスト実行インフラの開発を行っています。
国内の開発チームのみならず、北米・インド・英国などの拠点とも密に協業しながらグローバルに成果を展開します。
BIフレームワークによる分析や機械学習を組み合わせながらデータドリブンな開発を行い、高品質かつ継続的なソフトウェア開発の実現を目指しています。
また、国内外のオープンソースコミュニティへのcontributionも積極的に行い，新規技術にも意欲的に取り組んでいます。
応募資格：
【必須（MUST）】
・Javascript、Typescript いずれかの言語での開発経験
・機能要件に対して設計から開発（テスト含む）の主担当の経験
・スレッドプログラミングでの開発経験
【歓迎（WANT）】
・大規模ソフトウェア開発における実装経験
・Pythonでの開発、C++での開発経験
・多くのライブラリ（OSSなど）の依存管理を必要とするソフトウェアの開発経験
・システムソフトウェアの実装経験
・アプリケーションの実装経験
・テスト自動化フレームワーク（Appium・Selenium など）の知識・利用経験
・アジャイルプロセスでの開発経験
・チームリード経験(少人数でも歓迎)

語学力 /Language Skills
【英語】
・TOEIC 650以上目安

・英語で記述された技術資料の読解が必要です。
【日本語】
・普段の業務は日本語ですので、日本語のコミュニケーションスキルは必須です。
（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上のコミュニケーションスキル）
