Software Tester (Payments Testing)

We are Testlio, a software testing company with its own freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from worldwide companies. Testlio is a great place for people who value the freedom and flexibility of remote work.
At the moment, we are looking for software testers based in Hong Kong to participate in testing a community building app for business owners and enterprise-level clients.

For this freelance project, we will be focused on the business account experience, and we are looking specifically for individuals living in Hong Kong with business bank accounts. If you are willing to test out our client’s app by registering your business, then this project is perfect and easy for you. For testing purposes, we will be sending a small sum of money to your account, and your task will be to verify that the funds have reached your account.

To participate in this project, you will need to create an account on our platform. Through it, we can assign you testing tasks. You will be asked to use our website for defect tracking. You will be provided with materials on our website that will help you understand the principles of software testing and how we operate, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the tasks ahead.

• You have to be at least 18 years old.

• Availability:
  • We have not yet determined the date and time for testing, but we will let you know via email, in advance, once we have this information.
• Language: English (intermediate or higher) for reading the testing instructions and collaborating with the testing team.
• Devices you may need: any desktop/laptop or phone.
• Experience: While software testing experience is not required, it is a plus. You must be at least willing to go through reading materials that will prepare you for testing on the day of the app’s launch.

• Workload: While we do not have an exact estimate at this time, we do expect this to be a short project, possible taking an hour to complete.
• The pay rate for this is $30 USD/hr.

  • You can receive an additional $30 flat bonus for referring someone to participate as well.
• Payments are made weekly via PayPal or Payoneer.
