Job Description Summary
As a Test Management Engineer II, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving training materials and implementation methods for the Test Management Framework and associated test automation and tooling. You will act as a technical bridge between test management processes and hands-on testing teams, ensuring that training content is practical, relevant, and aligned with real-world testing workflows.
This role requires strong technical fluency in software testing and validation in order to deliver bespoke, audience-specific training to system, integration, and automation test teams across programs.

What You Drive At DTNA

  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and learning paths for the Test Management Framework and test automation toolchain
  • Design and deliver role-specific and project-specific training sessions, workshops, and walkthroughs for testing teams
  • Translate Test Management concepts into practical, executable guidance that aligns with how testing teams actually work
  • Support implementation and rollout of Test Management processes and tools to new and existing projects
  • Collaborate with system integration, validation, and automation teams to ensure training content reflects current technical realities
  • Provide hands-on support during onboarding, pilots, and framework adoption phases
  • Continuously improve training methods based on feedback, adoption metrics, and observed gaps
  • Act as a technical point of contact for questions related to test planning, test specifications, traceability, and automation alignment
  • Support alignment between Test Management, E2E testing processes, and test automation initiatives

Knowledge You Should Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 
  • 4–7 years of experience in software testing, system integration testing, or test automation 
  • Strong working knowledge of test management concepts, including test planning, traceability, coverage, and reporting 
  • Hands‑on familiarity with test automation and test execution environments (e.g., HiL, SiL, virtual or lab‑based testing) 
  • Ability to speak the technical language of testing teams, including test cases, scripts, environments, failures, and diagnostics 
  • Experience working with test management or lifecycle tools (e.g., ETM / ELM or equivalent) 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different technical audiences 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and support multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Credibility with engineering teams through technical understanding, not just process knowledge 
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for technical audiences 
  • Structured, methodical working style with attention to clarity and consistency 
  • Continuous improvement mindset with openness to feedback
