Role Definition
Performs implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for an agile software development.
Basic qualifications:

• Position requires a four-year degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of Software Development experience ,specifically in Performance engineering.

Required skills

• Experience in performance testing/engineering hybrid apps
• Manage End to End Performance Engineering/Testing Delivery for Key Projects
• Understand and Derive the Non-Functional Requirements based on Production Statistics and Business Requirements
• Able to Create a Test Plan & Test Execution Strategy
• Need to involve in all phases of the Performance testing like Requirement Gathering, Design, Development, Scripting, Execution, Analysis, Reporting etc
• Experience in scripting and Loadr testing using JMeter/K6
• Experience in scripting and load testing using Loadrunner
• Extensive experience in root cause analysis of performance issues, and providing recommendations based on Proof-of-concepts to resolve bottlenecks
• Experience in performance evaluation of Web/Mobile Application User Interface, Middleware and backend layers
• Solid Experience with tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, JMeter, LoadRunner, and Profiling tools
• Experience using AWS & Azure Key Services, tools for Performance monitoring and DevOps
• Experience with using Docker, Kubernetes (K8) and Cloud native development frameworks
• Excellent Programming and scripting language skills (Java, JavaScript Framework(React, Angular etc),Python)

Desired skills

• Experience using tools like DevOps/Jira & Confluence
• Grafana ,Kibana , AWS Xray knowledge
• Experience in creating inhouse tools and enhancements
