Software Test Engineer II
Your role:
• Design, develop and execute functional, integration, regression, system and exploratory verification activities for embedded software features.
• Analyze software requirements and architecture to develop verification strategies, comprehensive test cases, traceability and verification documentation.
• Design, develop and maintain manual and automated verification solutions using Python, C#, or similar technologies.
• Develop and maintain Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) scenarios and reusable automation assets to improve verification efficiency.
• Execute verification using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) setups, simulators, engineering test stations and laboratory environments.
• Establish, configure and continuously maintain verification environments, including device provisioning, firmware flashing, software installation and engineering environment configuration to support verification activities.
• Perform regression testing and re-validation of software following defect fixes to ensure software stability, reliability and product quality.
• Investigate software defects through debugging, log analysis and root cause analysis, documenting findings and collaborating with development teams to drive timely resolution.
• Contribute to CI/CD-based automated regression execution, verification process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance engineering productivity.
• Collaborate with Software, Firmware, Systems Engineering, Automation, DevOps and Quality teams while actively participating in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions and peer reviews.

- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
4. Core Expectations
- Independently owns feature verification, works effectively in Agile teams, and has a strong problem-solving mindset.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
