As a Software Supply Specialist at Nokia, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of software, licenses, and support services, from procurement and supplier engagement to order fulfillment and customer delivery. You will ensure software availability for customer and business needs, coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and drive efficient execution of software orders. This role combines operational supply chain management with customer-focused delivery execution, providing opportunities to develop expertise in software supply chains, supplier management, logistics processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with customer teams, order management, sourcing teams, category managers, technical teams, logistics specialists, and suppliers to support the procurement and delivery of Nokia's Mobile Infrastructure software-based solutions while helping maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Responsibilities- Manage execution of customer orders for Nokia own Software and 3rd party Licenses.
- Ensure that shipments are correctly scheduled, delivery times are met and products are distributed timely.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure agreed deliverables and delivery lead times.
- Process purchase orders for new OEM software demand and maintenance renewals.
- Support for software delivery performance and licensing key availability globally.
- Support in Software licenses or maintenance and support renewals.
- Proactively identify supply gaps and improvements of Software, license/renewals order and delivery processes.
- Partner with cross-organization teams: Order Management, OEM SW Buyers, Procurement, Suppliers, Market Operations, Supplier Coordinator Managers, Finance, Product Management, Tool Owners.
You have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in Software logistics planning, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of logistics principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (BPP/P20) and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

- Knowledge of Nokia Software Delivery Tools will be an additional advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
