Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex software projects and programs
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business strategy
Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Stakeholder & Executive Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and leadership
Translate business needs into actionable project plans and technical requirements
Provide clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and key decisions
Facilitate executive-level presentations and steering committee meetings
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product, and business analysts
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
Foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance across teams
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project contributors (e.g., manage team calendar, handle client correspondence, and organize e-files)
Risk, Issue & Change Management
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints
Develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of issues
Oversee change management processes, including scope and requirement changes
Quality & Delivery Excellence
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and quality standards
Oversee testing strategies, UAT, and deployment readiness
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and outcomes
Financial & Vendor Management
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, contracts, and deliverables
Ensure alignment between vendor output and internal expectations
Process Improvement & Strategy
Champion Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and delivery frameworks
Contribute to PMO standards, governance, and best practices
Supervisory responsibilities
Will lead and supervise subordinate team members

Work is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractions

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time

Required education and experience
